This was the best dealership I worked with. Brandon was amazing and he went above and beyond to assist us. Coming from Los Angeles,(6 hours drive) he made the whole process so quick and easy, by uploading all the paper works(That saved a ton of time). All the staff were very friendly and didn't try to "push" anything on you. I highly recommend this dealership. We love our new Highlander!!
My partner and I had a flat tire on the way to the airport and this was the only place we could get to. I didn’t catch his name but the man working feb 28 got us in with no questions asked. We wouldn’t have made it to the airport without them, great kind service. Thank you.
I wish I bought my Car from here. GREAT customer service very welcoming. had a bolt missing from my mud flap and since I was in the Area I stopped here. They helped me had my vehicle in and out all in 15min! They made a simple situation SIMPLE! I bought my vehicle from City Toyota in Daly City and they would have had my vehicle there for HOURS and they would have tried to charge me and say it’s not under warranty or something. I appreciate your service department and I will be purchasing my vehicles from Livermore Toyota from now on. Thank you guys very much once again
I had a great experience with Manvir Sangha at Livermore Toyota!! Communication was great! Specs sent timely and questions answered! He was very kind and genuinely cared about what I liked and didn't like, about what I wanted. He helped me to decide what car to purchase by answering all my questions and did not try to upsell me on anything. After my purchase he took the time to answer any additional questions and showed me what my ride could do and offered to set up the app and phone with my vehicle, the RAV4! I was surprised by the service I received because it was not the typical sale

Started the process with Jose who was very helpful, but was unavailable when I arrived, but Taj stepped in and took it from there he was absolutely a phenomenal sales associate ?? very knowledgeable and professional, came in with my own financing, but Larry was able to find a better deal ! I’m a happy camper ??
